Manchester free Wi Fi

Does anyone know anything about the free Wi Fi in Manchester that is
supposed to be available?

Which Manchester? The neighborhood in Pittsburgh? (I remember Philly had
some municipal wifi, I don't know if Pittsburgh does too.) Or the city
in New Hampshire? Or some other one, like in England or something?
There's tons of place called Manchester, I bet; I don't know how many
are big enough.

I am refering to Manchester in England where there is supposed to be
free Wi Fi.

Ah! I was there last month, actually. Some company called The Cloud has
launched some thing. They've been busy creating hotzones in Western Europe.
