Management utility

I have a base station MN 700. When I installed all
utility software and set up my modem, it worked fine.
Now, when I go into the Microsoft Broadband Network
Utility dialog window (by double clicking the Workgroup
icon in the taskbar) There are three "bubbles" that allow
me to access: My computer, Workgroup, and internet
connection. My computer and internet connection both are
useable, but the Workgroup one will not allow me to click
on it. I can access the utilities setup through my web
browser, but why can't i just click on the icon. I had
to reinstall this software, and this icon used to be
active. Any help wold be much appreciated.
