Management tools ... cannot access them

My wireless connection is working fine, but I cannot
access "Wireless Tools" (in the MS Broadband Network
Utility) wirelessly. "Wireless Tools" is not grayed out,
but it doesn't respond when I select it.

If I type http://192.168.2.1 in MS Explorer it still
doesn't respond.

If I run an ethernet cable from my PC to my base station
the Management Tool responds, and I can program the base.

Anybody got any suggestions for making "Wireless Tools"
accessible wirelessly? This is really frustrating.
