In Win 98 (SE), ICS can only share the Internet connection over one
NIC. In Windows Me, it can share the Internet connection over two
NICS, which use different subnets in their IP settings There's
nothing built into either version to do more than that. You'd have to
find non-Microsoft software to do it.
Windows XP has a "network bridge" capability that can combine multiple
physical NICs into a single logical network, with one subnet. I've
