Try helping us out a bit here.

See:
http://www.thefixor.com/site_ask.php

Your OP asked where to get the drivers. Now you are saying something
else. What does not work? The download, the drivers, the network, the
connection to another computer, the connection to the internet, file
sharing, games, downloads, security settings?????

See the site referred to above and please repost with some error
messages, configurations, problem symptoms, what you've tried to solve
the problem, and anything else that may help us to help you.

I've had problems configuring this card with XP, I think the problem
they may be experiencing is that Windows XP has drivers for this card,
but they don't appear to work to well, and they certainly wouldn't
associate with my 3COM access points, and XP Wireless software gets in
the way.

You must ENSURE that you are running the 3COM drivers, in the above
URL, as previosuly stated by the previous poster, by FORCING XP to
install the downloaded newer drivers.

The original poster may be trying to use both XP's zero wirless config
and the 3com drivers/utility. This usiually causes problems. I would try
turning off the zero config then reinstall the 3com drivers. If that
doesn't work, I'd try uninstalling the 3com drivers then rely on the zero
config.
