How to make a own network server for my remote place.

Hi All,

I am having Xeon Server and Windows Server 2003 operating system. Now I want
to connect this server from my remote place through internet. How it is
possible to make? What are the Softwares needed other than OS? How to make
own IP address and DHCP. Because the registered users only want to access the
server through DHCP. Please tell about the security also.
