how to make client logon to new domain?

Hi,
previously we have a NT4.0 server as domain controller, all users logon to
server for authentication, now we build a new domain on a 2003 server, but
don't know how can make the user to logon this new domain, every time restart
pc, only the existing domain displayed on the logon domain, no new domain
name.
My client are win98, xp, 2k, for win98 user, already isntall dsclient.exe.

I know there must be some changes on server or client, thanks for any
explaination!

You probably want to use ADMT to migrate your resources from one domain to
another:
