Mail sever ..help me.................

Hai to all

I am working as network administrator of psgtech.

in our college we have one mail server for all college staffs. name of
the mail server is mail.psgtech.ac.in.

now i want to give mail ids for each department staff of our college..

courently we give mail id like

(E-Mail Removed)


now i want to give name like

(E-Mail Removed)
(E-Mail Removed)
(E-Mail Removed)

how its possible any one know send ur mail to
