Anybody using Samsung Contact? I have to move away from Win2000/Exchange
server for my clients (customers), but the only product out there offering
the kind of groupware with Outlook integration is HP OpenMail, which has
been sold off to Samsung as Samsung Contact. Their website lacks prices
unfortunately. How bloody ludicrous is it that HP would sell of such a
promising product? Surely it was a 'friendly gesture' to Microsoft.
Does anyone have experience of any of the following:
Communigate Pro (Stalker Software)
Samsung Contact
SuSE Linux Groupware Server
Kroupware (in development, most promising - open source. No decent Outlook
Connector for it though I don't think)
HELP! I am in the business of saving my clients money on their computing.
These small businesses can't afford Windows & Exchange 2000 & CALs et
cetera. I am considering leaving out the shared-contacts / calendars
functionality (Public Folders) and using qmail for many clients who just
want email. But I also desire to have the data stored on the server (as in
an Exchange Database, so POP3 isn't what I want). Does IMAP offer this?
thanks for reading,
Carl
