I don't understand what you are asking. Are you asking you want to find out
what a specific MAC address' IP is? If so, and you've already communicated
with it (even a browser broadcast) only if it is on your subnet, in a CMD
prompt, type in:

arp -a

Otherwise, use NetMon, Etherreal or some other network capture utility.

One of your original questions was:

"how can i take an ip from a MAC adress ?"

I misunderstood that to be that you wanted to find out what MAC a current IP
has.

To give a specific IP address to a specific MAC, you can use a DCHP
Reservation. In Microsoft DHCP server, drill down in your scope, then
right-click Reservations, add a reservation, specify the MAC and type in the
IP you want to give it.
