Is corret bridging 2 nic on the same network for fault-tolerance purpose

Well bridging of NICs is usually done by the NIC manufacturer and no the OS.
It depends on your NICs and if they have the ability for fault tolerance or
bridging. I would check with the manufacturer of the NICs.
