MAC Authentication

I have about 35 Cisco Aironet 1200 Access Points deployed & would like to
use MAC authentication. I can set it up on the APs themselves, but they
can't share MAC lists. I currently use MS IAS for authentication (PEAP) for
our internal users. ....I don't see any RADIUS option for MAC
authentication. Is there a way to do this via MS IAS? Any other
windows-based product that does MAC authentication?

My situation - I have a separate groups of users that I want to VLAN & give
them Internet access only (no access to internal network). I would like to
have this group register their wireless cards though so we can track who has
access. (don't really want to setup a "Internet Cafe" so to speak)

Any help would be most beneficial.

Thanks!

-Pete

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/...800b3d27.shtml
section 4.3.1 point 4 "LOOKUP MAC ADDRESS ON AUTHENTICATION SERVER"

Alternatively, you could setup a public visible SSID with no authentication,
and do MAC address verification on the DHCP server instead. (using a
non-broadcasted SSID with 802.1x authentication and dynamic WEP for internal
users)
