That indicates it's (a) flaky contact(s) on the card.

They're apparently using some kind of browser sniffing to match up browser
to OS. But if you use some obscure (or no) browser, that'll fail, because
it won't recognize it.
1. Get Opera. set "Masquerade as" to something Windows-ish.
or
2. Get a proxy that can change HTTP headers. I know Junkbuster can,
Proxomitron can do everything else so it can probably do that too. Use
it to change your "User-agent" to something Windows-ish.
