MA311 failing to get IP address

I installed a MA311 into a WinME machine 2 weeks ago with no issues.
Recently it stopped getting valid IP address from the router
(MR814v2). It woked fine when I first installed it. There have been
no changes to the router and there are 3 other computers on the WLAN
that do not have problems. The other day I thought I had fixed the
problem by uninstalling everything and then reinstalling it again
(both card and drivers). The Netgear utility picks up the AP and the
taskbar icon is green and indicates things are good. But sadly it is
behaving badly again. I run winipcfg and the ip address may be valid
but the subnet will not be correct.

Anyone have some ideas on why this is occuring and/or how to fix this.

thanks --ed
