They were recently voted the most hated ISP in a survey.

If you thought you had problems with NTL, wait until you go
with anything Craphone Warehouse have an interest in.

I`m just lost who to go with, I was looking at Bt Broadband the £26.99
package but the 12 month contract puts me off.

For an extra eight quid you could sign up with Zen and get montly
contract.

£34.99 = up to 8mb and a 50GB download capacity. Zen only take into
account the download ratio, so 50GB is a far whack to have a go at!

£35 is a lot to shell out each month, but it's true that you get what
you pay for!!!

Thing is that on top of the £11 a month BT line rental makes it bit
expensive.

Bit of a mine field this ADSL business :0) i`ll have to have a good look
about I think.

Zen does cost a stack of cash, but they don't piss you about! I've been
with them for about 18 months now and only had one occasion (of about
3hrs) when the service suddenly dropped.

At £1.50ish a day (which is the cost of Zen and BT) I don't think it's
that OTT considering the amount you can gain! I've heard *cough* that
p2p and bittorrent are both fully accessable via Zen!

The world at your fingers for lest than the price of a pint a day!
(Surely that tag line has, or should, have been used before!)

You may like to look at my info sheet -
http://www.1001solutions.co.uk/Selec...e_provider.pdf
for some tips on what to look for and what to avoid when selecting a
broadband service provider.

On a wider note you may kike to look at www.broadbandchoices.co.uk and
www.uswitch.com for some comparison of what is being offered - but also be
aware that a facility that is not mentioned may not be available or may be
available but just not mentioned.

There's nothing like consumer view and this is the NG for that but be aware
that you are more likely to hear bad news than good news.

Hope that helps.

I'd say give it as try. Only problem is if you want to connect
wirelessly, as it's a bit tricky and Tech Supp won't be able to help.
