I think this is a Symantic problem and not a Microsoft
problem. Anyone know anything about this and how I can
get it to stop giving me this error on both of my
networked PCs?

Hi Tammy,

I seem to have the same problem as you, and i am using Norton Systems
Anitvirus too.

Have you managed to find a fix for it, it doesnt seem to do much other
then display the error message, but i would still like to blow it of my
system.

Cheers,

Neel.

I used to have this same problem... Now Symantec is offering a "LiveUpdate
Lite" which (in my case) made the problem go away. Good luck.
