Low cost RALink based 802.11n clients?

By now I learned, that the best chances to get wireless 802.11n working
with Linux are by using a Cardbus or USB client based on the RALink
chipset family.

Does anybody know of such products in the some 25$ range, similar to the
wide spread apparently Windows-only ones?

So far I only could find those from SparkLan, which are about twice the
price and Ubiquity, which are exceeding 5×.
