Lost Networked Printers

We have older computers on our windows 2000 network
running windows 98SE ...we have been experiencing
printing issues...the biggest one is that all of the
network printers dissapear from the printer folder. This
requires our users to constantly restart their
computers. Once they do that they have all the installed
netowrk printers. What would cause this? And how do we
fix it?
