Been there, done that, decided I'd never do it again :-)
If the router is now running on a 192.168.1.x address you will have to
temporarily change the IP address of one of the PC's (use one connected
by cable) to an address of 192.168.1.y. You will then be able to
connect to the router and administer it.
If you then change the router to a 192.168.0.x address you will lose
contact with it until you change your PC's IP address back to a
192.168.0.y address.
It's fun playing but I tend to use my router on its default address
(192.168.1.1) and either use its DHCP function or set the PC's manually
to 192.168.1.y addresses :-)
