Are you connecting to a Novell Netware server at your home or office where
this machine is located?
The error message indicates that the machine is or was running the Novell
Netware Client software (DOS version) at some point and you or someone else
removed those but some remnants of it remain in one of the system files.
You can continue to load WIndows 98 and it should load fine. Then remove
the extra networking components (such as extra client software that you
don't need). I'd suggest doing that from Control Panel/Networking but you
can remove them manually as well. See the following KB article on how to
