lost base management password

I lost my password for the base station. how do I reset it
(the password)

The only way to reset the password is to reset the basestation. Since
you didn't post which one I'll assume it is either the MN-100 or MN-500
as I know how to reset those.

Hold a pen or some other pointy object into the hole labeled "reset"
until the power light starts flashing amber & green. Please note if it
doesn't start flashing after about 5+ seconds you may need a pointer object.
