Lost & delayed Email - HELP !

Why when sending email from Virgin it takes ages to arrive, and emails sent
to msn.com or hotmail addresses don't arrive altogether?

Many spammers forge @hotmail.com and @msn.com email addresses. Virgin may be
attempting to filter the spam.
