What operating system? If you have Windows XP, try doing a System
Restore to before you installed the webcam.
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
"Restore my computer to an earlier time"

If that doesn't work, reinstall the network adapters.

I went thru looking thru different area and found theis one place that showed
me everything stopped so I started all it would let me, now i have internet
back and all but still can not see network adpaters undermy computer but
everything is working fine right now. only odditiy I see now is the toolbar
is gray color instead of blue like it was. Since I do not know where to get
the network drivers from I think maybe I better leave well enough alone
since its working. and my restore had no setpoints in it either when I looked
to try that.
Thanks

Keath,

Your XP computer should add it's own restore setpoints on a regular basis. You
might want to check your settings to make sure restore hasn't been disabled.

As for the Logitech web cam, I did some research awhile back and found that some
users reported that their software installation messed up their operating system,
although my son put it on his laptop with no problem. This is why I've held off
installing a web cam.
