losing connection with server

I have recently setup a Windows Server 2003 AD domain. I have one DC
also acting as a print/file server. When users first logon they are
able to print or access shared files on the server. After some period
of time when they try to print they get errors saying they are unable
to find the printer. The same thing happens with shared files. They are
accessible shortly after logon but eventually become inaccessible.

Any ideas??

Thanks,

Skip

What DNS server do these clients point to for their Primary DNS server? Is
this your DNS server?

What DNS server do they point to for secondary? Is this your DNS server?

Are your client machines on the domain?

I am running DNS on the AD server. Clients' primary DNS is pointing at
the AD server. I didn't setup a secondary DNS. I am forwarding to my
ISP's DNS for external requests (if I set that up correctly).

Thanks for responding,
