loses connection: 3 com 11g router + pc-card

Hi,

I have the 11g 3com router and the pc-card and experience sporadic
connection losses.

I have the newest firmware for the router and the pc-card, the newest win XP
patches for
11g.

I use WPA and I suspect that it is WPA that is the "problem". When ever I
run WEP,

the connection is not lost.

With WPA I can work for hours, and then the pc card loses the connection
with the wireless router.
It is enough if I re-insert the pc-card and everything works again in
no-time. But it is annoying!

Any suggestions on how to cope with this? I like to keep WPA on.
