in. I would look in Help and Support, figuring you're running Windows XP.
There is a lot of information available by doing a Search for
"accessibility." I would look into the third listing, "Common tasks:
Accessibility options" first of all.
There is also a lot of information here:

including step-by-step tutorials not only on Windows XP, but Office and
Internet Explorer. Hopefully it will assist you.
You can always also ask further questions in the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.accessibility newsgroup.
