I am looking for a tool that will keep my wireless connection from
roaming to different access points. basically I just want to set the
network connection to s static SSID and keep it from changing to other
available networks even if it loses connection. I hope I explained
myself clearly Thanks for any help!

Well, your other access points or networks should be secured with thier own
WEP keys, as long as you dont setup the other networks on the server, it
shouldnt be able to see them.

As a saftey precaution, its also recommended that you disable broadcast SSID
which would also keep the server from seeing any wireless networks that you
do not specifiy.

you could also use wireless group policy. add a group policy to the OU in
question, configure the SSID in the group policy. check the box indicating
that windows will only connect to networks in the preferred list. this does
not prevent a user from adding a network manually to the preferred list but
they can not move it above SSIDs that come from wireless group policy. this
will work with machines that are running 2003 and XP SP1+.
