looking for router/appliance for gateway av, ips, content filter etc

I'm looking for a new internet appliance built for good security. It must
have gateway av, ips, antispam, anti spyware/malware, content filtering to
filter inappropriate content through the use of keywords and categories,
bandwidth reporting such as telling you how much you download and upload on
lan/wan like 5gb day, week, month or total./year. snmp. bandwidth info isn't
100% necessary, but wanted. My price range is around $700.

I will be using a cable modem connection and running 2 computers/users
behind the router.
