I'm looking for some network discovery software that will probe all devices
(systems, routers, switches, bridges, etc.) and will return a map of the
network along with a database of the devices. I've looked at several
products but they can only detect within a single subnet. Does anyone know
or use an inexpensive audit/discovery product that will detect an entire
Lan+Wan?

Thanks!
Eric

Have you seen a network tool called adrem netcrunch. It might be helpfull.
Here is a link to product website (http://www.adremsoft.com/netcrunch). It
will be better to read and check it yourself.
