Looking for book on web network architecture

I need to put together a small network of webservers that has things like
load balancing, network failover, and a reasonable guarantee of uptime.
I'm a bit out of my realm of experience. Can anyone recommend a good and
fairly low-level book that contains recommendations and best practices
for this type of thing?

It's kind of old, but see if you can find a copy of the
High-Availability-HOWTO. It _used_ to be on sunsite:

That directory doesn't seem to exist currently.

It depends on how "high" you want that availability. At the extreme, it
might mean having multiple DNS set up to round robin for servers located
in different countries, so that one tac-nuc doesn't take out everything.
