looking for assistance for vpn with win2003 and isa2004

looking for some assistance for vpn with win2003 and isa 2004. I use a
server with win2003/isa2004, and a local network of 4 computers. I have
already set-up the server properly (also serves as a firewall) and the local
network can now gain access to the internet. I installed a cisco vpn dialer
4.8 at the win2003/isa2004 server for my group's VPN.

The server is running properly. Whether the VPN Dialer is connected or
not, the server can access the internet and our VPN website.

The problem is the local network. If the VPN Dialer is NOT connected my
local network can access the internet. But whenever the VPN Dialer is
securely connected, the local computers cannot access the internet nor can
they access the VPN website.

What configuration do I need to set-up for the win2003/isa2004 server?
