Hi CH,
Thanks for your posting here.
What is your meaning of "VPN routers are taking 30 - 60 minutes to
reconnect"? Do you mean it happens when create VPN connection or reconnect
after VPN disconnected? Is there any related error message in Event logs on
two servers?
I would like to recommend that you refer to the following two documents to

Subject: LONG VPN reconnect times (plus VPN VERY slow) - PLEASE HELP
Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2004 11:25:03 -0400
I have set up 2 Win2K3 servers (as VPN routers) for connecting two
offices
based upon the article:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...us/dnw2kmag00/
html/VPN.asp
When they are connected, they work fine. The problem I am having is
that the
VPN routers are taking 30 - 60 minutes to reconnect. Additionally, I
am
constantly being asked if there is anything that can be done to speed
up the
connection.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
