How long to fix after a cable fault?

Hi,

If BT due to a cable fault between the MDF at the exchange and the street
cabinet have to change pairs, how long should it take for the ADSL to be
restored onto the new voice pair?

If a pair is swapped from one cable to another the ADSL should move with it
(if it's been done correctly)...
