Long downtime range! (or dates confused?)

BT scheduled to get at some London gear, but the (welcome) Pipex
notification implies a wide spread of potential downtime -- from 20
Nov to the 28th?

lol - 1 minute downtime

Its probably done on an per exchange basis over this period (at night
probably) but Pipex haven't released the exact exchange schedule.
