How long between BT trigger level and exchange activation?

According to the BT site, my local exchange is within about 20 or so of its
trigger level and should hit it in the next week or two. From users'
experience, what seems to be the average timescale between hitting the
trigger and the exchange being ready for ADSL? TIA.

Usually about 9 - 12 weeks. Good luck. My exchange reached the target
in June and we are live on 10/9, but then I have to wait 2 weeks while
they do further testing etc. Very frustrating but I hope it's all
worht the wait.

Thanks John. 3 months eh? Gives me time to save up for a nice modem/router
just in time for Christmas, I suppose................

My exchange reached it's trigger a month ago, it has now been given a date
of 3rd December so that's 4 months! I guess the closer you get to Christmas
the longer it potentially will be.
