We have a .vbs logon script that is set in the profile of the user account
and is also in the GPO for the domainusers. the script connects users to
shares depending on the security groups they are a member of. The strange
thing is that the script runs but does not map all drives it should in some
cases. We haven't been able to come to the cause of this.

If the drives are not connected and we ask the user to execute the
{server}\sysvol\{domain}\scripts\script.vbs, the drives are maped nicely. We
also added some errorhandling where the user has to click on OK on every
message (success or failure) and then it worked!

I am out of ideas, anyone has a clue??

the environment is a mixed 2000 and 2003 server network with WXP clients
(Sp1 and SP2).
