Logon problem

I have a network with windows 2000 server and clientes
with win 200 pro, win 98 e win95.

The problem:
In some computers with win98 and win95 when I logoff and
try logon again I can´t.
I only logon again if I turn off and turn on the computer.

Imagine if all the time a user logoff and another user
wants to use the computer I have first to turn off and on
to logon.

Some help it will be good
