I have disconnected the network drives, changed the logon script to point to
our new server. Yet, when the user signs on it always goes back to the old
script. I have even removed the log on script and yet the drives always
connect to the old server.

I am using server 2003 all workstations are XP

here is the log on scripit that i use:

net use f: /d
net use g: /d

net use f: \\dell-srv06\public
net use g: \\dell-srv06\frontend

the path that i use in the profile is

\\dell-srv06\logon\test.bat

I know this works. When i put the log on path into the run box it works. But
when the user logs on it goes back to the old script.

HELP!!

Thanks in Advance

Lisa

Assuming you have domain, the default logon script is located in c:\windows\sysvol\sysvol\domainname\script. Make sure you don't have the old script there.
