I have a few people in my SBS 2003 Network that when they log on it gives
them a default profile and untill they reboot the computer it will finally
give them thier profile. Any suggestions what could be the problem? Thanks

Try posting in microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs. SBS is its own beast and
frequently does things differently....

Include more information, as well -

SP level on everything
Event log errors on the workstation
Whether you use folder redirection via group policy (you should!)
Results of an rsop.msc on the problem workstation (any errors)
Output of an ipconfig /all from one of the problem workstations
