Hi. when i try to logon using my account which is a admin account and some
other 'user' accounts we get a window with the following error:

User Environment

Windows cannot load the users profile for the system

DETAILS: the system has attemptedto load or restore a file into the registry
but the specified file is not a registry file format.

You can click ok or wait 30 seconds for it close, on my account nothing
changes,. but on some accounts it goes to how it first looked when it was
first made, all documents are gone, desktop appearance default.

Kind Regards

Carl

Have you looked in the event log to see what was causing the
stoppage ?. Boot up in the safe mode [Keep pressing F8 whilst powering
up, if you did not know m8]
