What is the eastiest way to create a logon warning
message on the server to display on workstations at logon.

Create a new AD policy or use an existing. Go to Computer
Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local
Policies\Security Options\ Within that policy scroll down
till you find Interactive logon: Message text for users
attempting to log on. Type in what text you want
displayed to the enduser.
