Loging credantial Problem

We have domain running windows 2000 and clients are
win2000, xp, win98 and win95 We have DHCP,WINS,DNS servers.
Recently we have a problem in win98 and win95 clients.
After supply password it take long time to verify and
giving error message supply password invalid and access
denide.
Please send any reply
