I have VPN set up and can connect with no issues. The problem is I cannot get
the logon scripts to trigger. Is there a way to use VPN with the logon
scripts from my 2003 SBS?

Not really - not easily, not reliably if at all. So, short answer, no. Copy
the batch file to the user's desktop if the login script is needed.

That is true, but most users don't want to have to log off their current
session and do a new logon when they want to connect to the domain via VPN.
