Logging users internet access

He there; I would like to be able to log where users are going on my network
to an other network. EX from the LAN to www.hotmail.com. I was wondering how
I would set this up. Thank you for your help

Wondering if your users would like that or if you have the
permissions to do so? Anyway you should inform them about what
you are doing, depending on the country you come from there might
be laws regulating this.

It's unclear what you mean with where users are going? Presuming
www access, setup a proxy (www.squid-cache.org - comes with most
distro) and force using it.
