log on to a W2000 server

At night we don't shut our machine down but we only log off.
When we log on in the morning we mostly get the message:
There is no domainserver to validate your account.....

But there is nothing wrong with the server or the nerwork.....

When we restart the machine there is no problem with the log on.

Please help me with this issue.
