You've posted to an English speaking newsgroup. I believe you should be able
to find a newsgroup for your language.
But from what I can tell, it seems you can't delete a folder because it says
it's either in use or can't read from the source disk. This can be due to
numerous, from a service using a file in the folder, to spyware using it, or
possibly if this server is an FTP server, it could have been 'pubbed' by a
pirate who've created folders with special characters in them that Windows
cannot read.
