"Locking-in" a specified network...

Is there a way to specifically lock-in one wireless network over others that are also available? There are several available wireless networks within range of our office, but I only want to connect to OUR office wireless network. Currently, my laptop seems to jump from one network to another randomly, but as long as my office network is available, I wish to stay connected only to that network.

The settings on our office network are that the SSID is named, but no WEP or anything has yet been specified.

Thanks for your help,
Dave
