Localhost

I am trying to host my own website running IIS on 2k3. To try it,
when I go to Localhost, its working, however it is not on the
internet. Port 80 is open.

What could be the problem?

Can you telnet port 80 from the Internet?

telnet public ip address 80 from internet computer.
