We have a dozen clients connected to a 2003 standard server, all worked well
upto a couple of weeks ago. Then one client started getting an error on logon
- local profile folder unavailable, a temp' profile is being used? Now a
second client has started getting the same message.

Once logged on with a temp' profile the local folders (desktop etc) are all
accessable via win' exprorer.

If the client pc's are restarted the clients can log on without the error
and get their desktops etc OK.

It appears to be a problem if the client PC is logged off and left running
for more than 24 hours before the next log-on attempt.

Both client terminals are less than 1 year old, running XP pro, 512M ram, 40
or 60G ide HD's, AMD 2400 cpu's.

Any ideas!
