I had my DHCP Client and Windows Time service both set to NT AUTHO?
RITY\Localservice.

I know that prior to my fiddling with them, both services were set
with NT AUTHORITY\LocalService in the "This
account" area and everything was working fine

How can I get that field and the proper password back in there so I
can
get the DHCP Client and Windows Time service running again?

It is just a Radio Button to select. There is no password or username to
enter.
Leave the check box for "interact with desktop" disabled (unchecked).
